  • A one-off check-up for your business. The quickest way to see where you stand, whether you run a shop, a salon, a workshop or a clinic.

    • We go through 12 months of your sales and booking data, site by site

    • We compare your key numbers with businesses like yours: wages %, sales per labour hour, average sale, conversion or booking rate, rebooking, margin and stock turn

    • A short questionnaire and a one-hour chat with you

    • A plain-English report with a dollar value on every opportunity

    • A 90-day plan with 3 to 5 things to do first

    • A 90-minute catch-up with you and your team to talk it through

    One site: $1,000 incl. GST. Two or more sites: priced on request. Ready within 10 working days of getting your data.

    If we can't find at least $5,000 a year in extra profit on paper, the Performance Review is free. And if you go on to Performance Partner or Performance Essentials, we take the Performance Review fee off your first month.

  • Monthly support sized for smaller businesses. Perfect for an owner-run shop, salon, workshop or clinic that wants to stay on top of the numbers without a big commitment.

  • A full day with your managers, built around your numbers. Made for multi-store groups and teams of managers.

    • Live phone polling so everyone takes part, not just the loudest voices

    • A printed booklet with a baseline scorecard and a 30-day action plan

    • A coaching guide so your managers can coach their own teams

    • Topics mixed to suit your business, starting with appointments and sales

    $4,500 incl. GST for up to 10 managers, plus $350 incl. GST for each extra manager. Days for several businesses together are available on request.

  • Online training your team does at their own pace, with a short quiz at the end of each module. Three programs, one for each step:

    • Start: for new staff, confident on the floor in their first month

    • Lead: for experienced staff stepping up to run a store on the numbers

    • Own: for owners building a profitable, well-run business
